Damn I was gonna create a thread for that. I know he's done that shit in the past but this time it was just plain, fucking rude. I at first thought he was doing this as a joke to make a parody of himself doing this to other artists, but this was pretty real. Taylor stood there looking all sad, looked like she was about to cry and I felt so sorry for her. He ruined her moment. I did expect Beyonce's video to win, but it was nice for Taylor to get something. Somebody should've came outta that audience and whopped his ass for that mess. If I was Taylor or some other artist, I would've knocked him religiously with my Moonman award..**SMH*

I am DVR the show so I will catch it later on what he did to Taylor.

From what I am hearing that is planned rude from Kanye and he should get dealt with. He is very nutty and he been acting bizarre more than ever since after his mother's death. He need to go off somewhere and go away for awhile for some soul searching.

Well basically Taylor Swift and Beyonce were up for the same award for Best Female Video. Taylor won and started to make her thankyou speech and Queen Kanye bumrushed the stage, took her microphone, saying how "Beyonce deserves this" and how "iconic" her video was. The camera panned back and forth to Bey and she had a shocked and embarassed look on her face and then he handed the mircophone back to Taylor while she stood there looking like she was about to cry. People booed him and chanted Taylor's name. She tried to finish her speech, but she ended up walking away.

Maybe people will stop making excuses for this cunt's behaviour now. Besides, the sooner he comes out of the closet the better, particular for his sanity.

I am not watching the show but was tweeting and saw the reaction to Kanye's antics. Thanks for the description (edit: and video).

That is some lowdown stuff right there. Not called for at all. Is an MTV award that serious anymore? Who cares?

Kanye West was asked to leave Radio City Music Hall not long after he crashed the MTV Video Music Awards stage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video.

The rapper rushed onto the stage and immediately protested Swift's win, saying Beyoncé instead deserved the honor.

"I'm sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," 'Ye proclaimed after he pulled the microphone out of the country star's hands. B looked stunned as she sat by in the audience.

West, of course, has a history of awards-show tirades, beginning in 2004 at the American Music Awards when he bolted during the show after losing out on Best New Artist and later telling reporters, "I felt like I was definitely robbed, and I refused to give any politically correct bullsh---ass comment ... I was the best new artist this year."

Two years later at the 2006 MTV Europe Music Awards, West took his complaints to the stage in a similar fashion to tonight's rant.

Justice and Simian's "We Are Your Friends" bested West for an award and the rapper interrupted their speech as he popped up onstage saying he should have won, because his clip "cost a million dollars and Pamela Anderson was in it."

He later apologized for his stunt, explaining he had a "little sippy sippy" before the production.

West seemed to take that instance in stride as he joked he was going to have another "sippy sippy" before the night was over.

But his verbal attack against Swift had a more vicious tone. According to a tweet from Jay-Z's DJ, Neil Armstrong, Swift and her mother were seen backstage crying afterward; Beyoncé brought Swift onstage for another chance at her acceptance speech later in the show. Various celebs have lashed out against West on Twitter, including Pink, who had to be escorted away from the rapper by security.

Prior to Sunday night's show, West was captured by photographers on the red carpet swigging from a bottle of Hennessey. In multiple pictures West can be seen cradling the bottle as he and his girlfriend Amber Rose were snapped; he is also seen sharing the bottle with Pete Wentz, and in a different shot, West is standing near Joe Jackson, who is holding it. Following his rant against Swift, West returned to his seat and flipped off the audience, who began booing him, before he sat down.

He was booed again in the show when Diddy announced the nominees for Best Male Video. "What I say?" Diddy asked, as the boos rained down.

West had already left Radio City Music Hall by then, however.
