From http://perezhilton.com/20...er-own-way:

Evan Ross, the 22-year-old son of diva extraordinaire Diana Ross, celebrated his birthday at Guys and Dolls in El Lay on Friday night, but the party turned into a makeshift tribute to Michael Jackson!

Evan decided he wanted to celebrate MJ's birthday alongside his own, so the entire crowd sang Happy Birthday to Jackson after singing to Ross!

Miz Ross then sang a portion of her son's favorite song from Michael's catalogue, Off The Wall, sources tell us.

MJ's mother, Katherine Jackson reportedly phoned Diana to thank Evan for incorporating Michael in his birthday festivities.
Touching!

OK, I´ve been off for two days...

So Evan and Mike´s birthday is on 29. August?

Their birthdays were actually close together, gotta check Evan's but I think his comes a few days before MJ's. Evan's birthday is August 26.

Michael Jackson killed himself by accident, doctor to claim

Dr Conrad Murray has admitted he put the singing legend on a drip containing the drug Propofol but says he set it up to give 25 milligrams to help Jackson sleep.

The News of the World reported that his legal team will claim Jackson reset the machine controlling the drip, increasing the dosage which led to the heart attack that killed him.

Jackson died at the age of 50 on June 25 and US authorities now believe he was killed by a lethal dose of Propofol.

On Friday, the Los Angeles county coroner confirmed his death was being treated as a homicide and Dr Murray could now face charges.

Yesterday thousand of fans danced in a New York park at a party hosted by filmmaker Spike Lee on what would have been Jackson's 51st birthday.

"I was just like everyone else. I loved his talent," said Lee, who directed two music videos for Jackson in 1996.

The event, originally planned as a block-party-style gathering for 2,000 in Brooklyn's Fort Greene Park, was moved to Prospect Park to accommodate a bigger crowd.

mad how the hell does he think he is going to pull that off, when he has been quoted as saying that HE was the one that gave Michael the final dose of Propofol?

The one where he does his final "Moonwalk" step with the feet? Yeah that shit was hot.

Even the recent cover was hot, he had his arms folded and with his hair blowing, he was the male Diana Ross. lol

In the Studio with Michael Jackson

I would not recommend this book at all. It is extremely light on detail and insight into Michael and his music. There is almost no new information at all. It's mostly about Bruce's favorite studio equipment.

I really wanted him to go into detail about the recording dates, how the songs were mixed, unreleased songs, how the vocals were recorded....
