Well, that part is true. Not all of his fans are crazy but I think some of his biggest fans on the org would agree that some of his fans need to have their ass locked in a rubber room somewhere. lol

I think I read somewhere that it came out that Joe purposely planted "crazy" fainting fans in the audience at some of the concert to add to Michael's hugeness. If this is true, then other fans picked up on it and it just got crazier and crazier. If this is true, it's yet one more thing to blame Joe about.

Oh yeah! falloff I definitely think if it's true than Joe Jackson needs to be accountable for all of his actions and pronto. lol

WTF! Mike said "if you love me, you´ll sleep in the bed" while he slept ON THE FLOOR!!!!!

Damn, why do I bother to reply....

The "If you love me" part is the point. Did he or did that kid, who was sitting right next to Michael Jackson say that? Yes. Does that sound like similar behavior to what Jordan Chandler reported when he said Michael cried and said he must doesn't love him as much as his other friends. After french kissing him. Llets not start with that guy from london who claimed mike jacked off on the phone with him, that guy is 100% credible and I believe him. The fact is Mike had a major flaw in that aspect, his confusion about his sexuality did hurt kids and made him engage in illegal actions.

Can you really imagine MJ masturbating?

I was also surprised he mentioned Diana Ross as guardian considering that she's getting older too.

In my opinion, Janet would have been ideal. She never seemed interested in giving birth to children, so it would make sense that she'd rather raise children.

Even if she has a career of her own. I think she'd give the kids a good upbringing.

I was at WalMart, Target and Best Buy in my neighborhood and there are no Michael Jackson music or videos/movies to be found.

I love the idea of a simultaneous global concert to be held in major cities around the globe like Live 8.

excuse me, but diana ross always kept her family life private. the three girls were raised quietly during the 70s, and in the 80s and 90s when it was the thing to either parade your children voluntarily or endure the paparazzi invading your privacy, diana still managed to keep a low profile and raised her sons out of the spotlight.

so, why is mj 'warped' for wanting to see his kids go to someone, who like him is quite famous, and who has demonstrated the same type of restraint with her kids as he was trying to do with his kids? why do you want the kids with his family above anyone? i think he loved his mother, clearly, but i see the potential for self-serving family members (ahem: joe) to try to use them for their own ends. janet has her own life, la toya is a mess, rebbie may not be able to deal with the level of attention she would receive for having them while diana is used to it. besides, rebbie is related by marriage to stacy brown, an mj hater to the nth degree. while i've not heard of any of his brothers' kids being in trouble, that may be due more to their mothers than his brothers. it may not be as crystal clear as you think. i find it interesting that he didn't attempt to update his will in the last 7 years, as i'm sure he was advised to. maybe he thought it was fine as is.

i'm not certain of the relationship between diana and mj of late; they may have been close in recent years, they may not have been. even if they weren't, why do you assume diana wouldn't try to do what she could for his kids out of her love for mj? she obviously feels a lot for him, as you point out.

That's just it, we don't know, lol.

Maybe because I think that Michael was never loved by a lot of people probably? shrug It's a nice gesture but I just can't really understand it. Guess that's just me. Plus also Diana is up there in age too. He at least couldn't get someone who was "close" to him who was his age or younger if not his family?

clearly, you believe every accusation from everyone who ever had anything salacious to say about mj. we could spend a whole day knocking down each one of your 'credible' accusers, but i think we're past that. as the moderator of this thread posted, you need to take that elsewhere or risk being banned.

I'd like to see Joe get mad because he was left out of the will, badmouth Michael publicly on television, and then watch the crazy ass fans chase his ass from one end of that Neverland Ranch to the other with the dove lady's birds flying above him while he's running dropping down shit bombs. lol

I´ve tried to find it on youtube for ya, but i only found this. It starts with im saying goodbye to her.

There are few videos from this event, but that part with the little girl is missing. BTW, I´d so love to see Mike and Marcel perform together. That would be pure poetry and magic onstage.

Katherine J. could have divorced from him, since the 80s their trouble was known, so the whole keep your face stuff is stupid.

KJ lives in comfort zone with Joe, she's not alone and they may have sex at times.

If Joe was that bad, the whole family could ditch him.

I'd say the same about Liz Taylor, it's a nice gesture. Anyway we'll see what becomes of this will tomorrow and if it changed from the 2002 one.

Custody Of Jackson Children May Be Marred By Bankruptcy Filing

By Melanie Cohen

Things may not go as easy as 1-2-3 for the mother of late pop icon Michael Jackson, whose will is reportedly said to leave custody of his children to his mother.

According to the Associated Press (via the Morning Call), Jackson’s will was to be filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and a person with knowledge about the document said it gives custody of Jackson’s three children to his mother. But trying to gain final custody may not be a thriller, because Katherine and Joe Jackson filed for bankruptcy protection in 1999.

Experts say Jackson’s parents’ personal bankruptcy could work against Katherine Jackson getting control over her son’s children and estate in the long run. According to court documents, the Jacksons entered Chapter 7 protection listing almost $24 million in debts. RadarOnline reported that the Jacksons owed more than $34,000 on a 1994 Mercedes, more than $60,000 on a 1998 Land Rover and more than $36,000 on a Land Rover Discovery. They also owed about $150,000 in income taxes to the state of California and the IRS, and they owed more than $20 million in two lawsuit judgments. The bankruptcy ended in March 2007.

Beth Kaufman, a Washington attorney who deals with estate tax issues, told the AP that the bankruptcy filing may hurt Katherine Jackson’s attempt to gain final custody. “I think it would be a negative factor but not necessarily a disqualifier,” she said. “It could indicate that she is not capable of sound financial management.”

On Monday, Katherine Jackson was granted temporary custody of her son’s children by Judge Mitchell Beckloff as a response to documents by the Jackson family saying Michael Jackson died without a valid will. Beckloff also gave her temporary guardianship over her son’s personal property.

----
Sounds like Michael's parents were just as clueless with finances as he was, probably more so than him.

Oh, I totally agree. The only thing I wonder about is if he has had any contact with Diana Ross in years and if he has, has he even asked her. If he hasn't had any contact with her since the 1980s and wants this, then he's crazy as hell.

Right. I would've loved it if he had named MACAULAY CULKIN as the kids' legal guardian. Wasn't he named one of the godfathers of his first two children?

It's sick, isn't it? How gullible have we become as a country to even think someone would intentionally kill Michael? COME ON! The man had a known drug dependency and he refused to see the effects since the intake was marginal but when you use a powerful drug along with other less lethal drugs and want to take them, what did they think was going to happen?

I would agree with Grace staying on as an employee to help Katherine with the kids. I mean I just think she is up in age , and what soon to be teenager wan'ts to be around their grandmother whom they hardly know. I loved hanging with my grandparents they were young in spirit.

wow these kids are going to need therapy sad
