Beats me but this is just reminding me of those Mad TV sketches of her, one of them featuring a drugged-out Whitney (both played by the fantastic Debra Wilson) going "I swear to God I'm not insane/and these voices in my brain tell me I'm the queen of Spain/and I ride a horse-held sleigh..." with her chasing fake butterflies with a net! It looks like something I created at first or second grade only put on the computer. Remember when we used to had to cut off certain parts of brown paper with some leaves and then glue them to a blank sheet? This is what the cover is reminding me of.
