One thing that pisses me off: why does his 'Best Of' CD contain the single edit of this song?! Makes no sense.It's not as if he had so many hits that they didn't have enough room to fit it all on the CD.I have the 'You And I' album on vinyl but I still can't see why they used a lame single edit for the compilation. | |

Also, "Lovelite" is ruthless imo. How at the opening his vocal starts chanting "Owww !" with a throbbing bass-synth in the mix, and not to forget the clip, lol (nsfw) : Another solid jam from his first album : "Right From The Start" And the mid-tempo "Doin' Alright" is a great orchestrated piece : Bassplayer Melvin Lee Davis also contributed his wrting skills to a number of O'Bryan's tracks. He's popping that bass on "Right From The Start", and you can see him appear in the clps of "Lovelite" and "Breakin' Together"  [Edited 5/12/09 2:17am] | |
