AC/DC Live

Been waiting a LONG time for these guys to tour again and last week I finally got my chance to catch them in concert.

They did NOT disappoint!

Despite catching out a good quarter of the audience by coming on very early, making for a mad dash to the seats, the show was flawless.

Great crowd, great sound, some cool stage tricks - good size screen, some pyro, cannons, the usual! - but overall good, down to earth genuine Rock n Roll.

Loved it!

Setlist
Rock n Roll Train
Hell Ain't a Bad Place To be
Back In Black
Big Jack
Dirty deeds done dirt cheap
Shot Down in Flames
Thunderstruck
Black Ice
The Jack
Hells Bells
Shoot to thrill
War Machine
Anything Goes
You Shook Me all night long
TNT
Whole lotta Rosie
Let There Be Rock

Encore:

Highway To Hell
For Those About To Rock

Love to go see these guys in concert, but I have to curtail my concert-going expenditures this year. Just hope its not the last time they tour!

This tour is their first in something like 8 years or so - another 8 years and Brian Johnson will be about 69, so I'd catch them whilst you can!

Admittedly Tina Turner's doing OK at 69, but, she's not singing AC/DC songs every show!

I can't stand Brian's voice so I don't think I will ever go to an AC/DC gig..pity,cuz they are ,maybe,the best R&R band ever,to me..
