Whose digging the Stylistics?

I have just downloaded their greatest hits and they were great. Russell Thompkins Junior and Arrion Love had outstanding voices and their cutesy pie ballads hit the spot along some really inspired songs (Remember Prince cut Betcha by gooly wow, these guys did it originally in 1971).
Some classics, Rockin Roll Baby, Stone in Love with You, You make me feel brand new, Funky Weekend, Peekaboo
So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time

My Uncle James (RIP) was a big fan. I remember him spinning them when I was young.
When he died, I got some of his albums, including music

"Love Hurts.
Your lies, they cut me.
Now your words don't mean a thing.
I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..."

You talkin' bout these dudes like they just dropped. Welcome back to society. How long were you in for? It musta been for murder or somethin'. Did you rob a post office? Sounds like you were doin' fed time. You got a lot of catchin' up to do. lol
I'm just messing with you. Ignore me. I'm an admirer of the Stylistics' work. Russell Thompkins is in my top 5 falsettos of all time. Dude had an amazing voice.

When it comes to slow jams, these guys and Blue Magic are two of the best groups. This is how slow jams are supposed to sound.

I want this one. I priced the cd at a local record store but
they wanted to much for it. I have a few of their songs on my mp3
player but would love to get more. Russell Thomkins is the man.
My mom used to buy their 45's when i was a little boy. I have a couple
of them.

Its cool man, I know dey old school and all that, I love old school stuff period, mainly through my uncles who dug all that stuff like the Dramatics, Manhattans, Spinners and Delfonics, they are all Maoris and we all grew up with that stuff. Have any of you heard of the Hi Marks, John Rowles, Mark Williams, Herbs, Billy T James, Jon Stevens and the Maori Volcanics, they were our answer to all those stand up vocal groups of the 60s and 70s. cool
