Best believe I had to hide half these CDs from my pops and listen to them on headphones at night. He was such a fascist when it came to tunes. lol These were the first years where I started spending each penny I acquired on music. I'm sure you relate to the latter, to say the least. cool

hug I know the Fugees weren't super R&B, but I couldn't help myself. It was better than religious RAPTURE when I heard Lauryn's voice those first years.

Neither was that Latifah cut, but I think it struck a chord moreso with the R&B crowd, same with that Fugees stuff.
