New Gnarls Barkley CD Due Link 2/14/08 Gnarls Barkley has settled on April 8 as the release date for its sophomore Downtown/Atlantic album, "The Odd Couple." First single "Run" leaked two weeks ago and is just now starting to accumulate radio airplay. A video for the track is in the works, directed by "the filmmaking team known as Happy," according to Atlantic. Second single "Who's Gonna Save My Soul" will have a video directed by Chris Milk, who worked with Gnarls Barkley on a clip for their cover of the Violent Femmes' "Gone Daddy Gone." The group will support "The Odd Couple" with a summer tour, including a July 27 show at Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl and both U.S. and European festivals. The new album is the follow-up to Gnarls' runaway hit 2006 debut, "St. Elsewhere," which has sold more than 1.3 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan [Edited 2/14/08 12:32pm]

I've said this before and I'll say it again: DangerMouse is the guy that artists should be going to for material. He's an edgy, unique producer with alot of cool ideas.Madonna or Janet should have let him produce their album.

BlueNote That should be easy, they only have one album so far St. Elsewhere co-sign I know of 2 other tracks that were recorded for the Jack Splash project (...The Heart Attack or something like that) one being "Right Now" which can be heard in the movie ATL and the other is "Gangsta Boogie" which I've never heard anywhere but on that promo... really nice "summer-ish" grooves if you like Cee-lo, you'll like them sounds more like something created for one of his solo albums... and BTW you might wanna get into his solo albums & (this one being my favorite a FUNKY GOOD TIME!!! I like this one much better than the first one check out "Evening News" and "Childz Play"... "chop chop, chop chop") because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."

The Jack Splash/Cee Lo colab was originally called "The Heart Attack", then changed to "Love Stink" as it is credited on the Disturbia soundtrack. I really like those two tracks and wonder if it will ever get a proper release. Cee Lo is DA MAN! As much as I dig Gnarls, I cannot wait for the next Cee Lo solo project. Later Cause tomorrow is taking too long
and yesterday's too far away and the reality that you believe in begins to bind.

I just put the first album on my MP3 player and it's so great. One of the last great albums I have heard. I have only heard a little bit of the new single.
