It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

hmmm I don't know...it could be interesting,as long as the DJs don't drastically change the songs.

I agree. If they approach it like Verve does, by playing with diff. elements of the songs but not overdoing it, it could be cool.

If I'm not mistaken, they recently acquired their WB catalog and own those masters.

nod I believe it. Back in the 70's & 80's, alot of us vibed on Ashford & Simpson performances. Matter of fact, I still have one of their albums in my collection in the basement. You can't go wrong with jams like: Found A Cure, Don't Cost You Nothing, Love Don't Make It Right, It Seems To Keep Me Hanging On, and Solid.

As a D.J., I allready have most of these mixes. To me this is a waste of money. Give me a "true" greatest hit package with rarities. Those rarities should be their versions of the songs that they had written for others. I would like to hear their version of "Let's get Stoned", or "Tears dry on their own.

The clips I just heard on real.com and on iTunes, don't sound bad. It sounds like they stuck to the original arrangements.

Listening to it right now.Last week, they didn't have it at my local record store so I went out today and finally found a copy.I'm listening to Disc One.The packaging is SUPERB...nice,glossy photos, very informative essay and insightful comments from Nick and Valerie...they give their "review" of each remix.Interesting to read! I highly recommend this set.

Me too lol "Solid" is one their finest singles.I like the video too, where they're caught in a rainstorm and run into a nearby barn. Before you know it,the place is packed and they're performing a mini-concert,lol.
