You can find "Garden Of Love" on ebay, I've seen at least four different people selling it on there.

Are the Rick james and Neil Diamond songs from Mynah Birds available anywhere???

A planned single, "It's My Time" b/w "Go Ahead And Cry", was withdrawn just prior to its scheduled release by Motown. Both sides of this single were included in the 2006 box set "The Complete Motown Singles, Vol. 6: 1966", released in a limited edition of 6000 by Universal vanity label Hip-O-Select, marking the first time any of the 1966 Motown recordings by the Mynah Birds had seen the light of day.

I don't know dude, 'Glow' is also a hard one to find, thats why it pisses me off that all of his albums aren't available. Motown really needs to get off of their a$$e$ and re-master all of his stuff. And you guys are right Dream Maker and Hollywood are two of Rick's most slept on songs.

I think I remember hearing a short sample of it when they mentioned it in the Rick James "Behind The Music" special. I didn't like it. Remember, this was the 1960s and Rick didn't have his own sound or style yet.

However, if you ever see an album called "Great White Cane", grab it up quick. That's a band Rick was with in the early 1970s before he got his own recording contract. I've heard samples of some of the songs and they sound pretty good. Maybe it's just my imagination but, to me, the samples from this album sounded like Rick's infancy stages of his sound.

I was all of 10 yrs. old when this came out,Loved it!I don't skip a track when I play it. He was in my hometown frequently so it was common 2 see him hangin out here.

What Vain said! I remember fondly when I was a kid, my mom getting this album for me. I noticed right away KISS's influence on Rick's outfit and that made me dig Rick even more. Mary Jane is one of my all time fave cuts by ANYONE. One of the greatest debuts by anyone.
