well he's MY favourite male artist. i think because he allows himself to be vulnerable in his songs. i love the lyrics. he's an amazing live performer and consistantly puts out great material. vocally he was 'flawless'...at least when i went to see him. his music is fun, inspirational, insightful, timeless and simply beautiful. i don't find any pretence like in most male artist out there. and of the 3 versions of "i can't make you love me", he owned it.

i love his versatility. and that his work is controversial when he's not even trying to be. lol. i would like to see him infuse a little bit of rock into his sound for a few songs at least in the future.

now if he only could make a uptempo song every now and again.

got it.. no not at all. Prince at one point and time was my favourite male artist. he's definitely up there with GM, but overall i think George is more consistant with his albums. heck i prefer KYLIE over Prince on any given day.
