Britney's new CD coming out two weeks early.

News to me but where other fans aware? I went to Cduniverse and they said "Blackout" (is that a good name for the album from someone we still assume is a drug addict) is coming out Oct 30th....Amazon says the same (but doesn't list a price) Could this be a good thing for the album, or Britney? Will she actually promote the album?

I'm not asking only fans to post, but does the thread have the same one liners we hear all the time? If you got something to say other than "That bitch is ovah!", please do. If not....Just post your one hater oneliners anyways, but just limit it to one.

I think its smart to push it up, its been leaked already, plus i think they should just get it out mainly because they have a hit single already so why wait and let it die out. I dont know how she is going to promote it other than maybe shooting music videos, but she is getting promotion 24/7 from the press so im sure they will jump on the release to and it will sell well in todays market. As far as numbers go, i dont really know what it will do, and i think alot of people are debating how its early numbers will fair. But im guessing for todays numbers it will fair very well, i dont think you are going to see a K-fed seller of 7,000 (though i debate it was that high) . I think alot of people who never bought her before will all of a sudden buy it just so they can trash it or love it, and then her fan base im sure will be in some capacity, so BMG isnt losing anything on this.

Probably is a good idea to get it out there early. Based on just about everything she's done lately (as far as entertainment), I don't have super high expectations. For someone who has been through so much, she doesn't seem to have a lot of writing credits. It feels like a rush release and it might have some good sounding stuff, but I'm expecting a CD with about the same quality of the "Chaotic" tracks and "My Prerogative" songs, which isn't super high quality but decent. I consider myself exicited-ish.

I think the way the US market is right now, its gonna be one of the more solid sellers just hearing from advance orders from stores and things like that. I mean its not going to be the height of the TEEN POP sales, but i have a feeling this cd is gonna get more attention than we think, ive heard half of the cuts on the album and its good, its nothing earth shattering or ground breaking but i wouldnt expect that from her or anyone in her genre.
