It's probably some unedited version some where in Cincinnati that's about 15 minutes long. Hopefully it'll be included n the James Brown Singles in the future.

The interesting thing is that Clyde used to hate that song. He said that it was merely a groove he laid down in the studio, and James messed around with it afterwords. To this day, Clyde does not think that this track is anything special ... and he refused to play it for decades. He hadn't played it since he recorded it until last year when him and Jab'o played it for the first time live.

I still love it, though ...

Wasn't this the most sampled drum sample ever? I think I remember seeing a list with about 200 songs.
