1970s R&B Jam of the Day: Heatwave "The Groove Line"

Talk about a classic jam! The lead single from 1978's "Central Heating" epitomized Heatwave's penchant of merging parts of disco with rich funk grooves. Complemented by the Wilder brothers' vocals and a chugging rhythm section, this song still moves butts on the floor.
THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

Definately one of the baddest jams of the disco era. If that one don't make your ass move, then it must be in a sling. lol
Andy is a four letter word.
