I like her but I don't like this cover. The font used for her name looks cheap, it doesn't catch my eye and make me want to buy the CD. It it were in some bold calligraphy script, I think it would garner more attention. the photo of her is nice, she looks like a grown up now, black and white is always classy. Photos like that have been done before, I would like the font style better if it was in the style of this classic album.

Am I the only one who jerked backward upon opening this thread? Maybe it's the size of the pic - don't get me wrong, she's a pretty girl but that's not the most flattering photo/angle

It doesn't look like her. It looks like some random white chick.

lol the way as i am is written so close together makes it look like asian @ first but n e way = cute pic, for some reason she kinda reminds me of m.i.a (maybe the lips tho)

What is going on with album covers this year? I know there are others buy Gwen, Chaka Khan, Spice Girls come to mind and now this.

Black and white is a beautiful effect and I'm sure they could have come up with a better photograph than this. Topped of by not one, but two fugly fonts. This does not make me want to buy this album. I hope its a mock or a fan idea. It looks like the art department was out to lunch on this one.

Alicia is pretty, but I don't think that's a very flattering picture of her.

that is a very good photo of her. She looks cross eyed to me in many other pics I've seen of her.

I think too much hype is made over an album cover these days, i mean i have heard people not buy someones album because of a cover, and that right there sums up the state of music and industry if that is the consumers interest, But too me at this point Alicia is someone that doesnt need a sexy or eye catching cover, just hit me with perfect music.

i've seen another photo around claiming to be her album cover. i hope they are both fan art and not the official pic.
