Listen to their new single "Icky Thump" here. WOW, a lot of noise for only 2 guys... I will see them live on June 4th here in Vienna. Unfortunately the album gets released after the concert. I'd prefer to know the songs already when I hear them live... | |

They're getting their British references mixed up though.... they are dressed as a Pearly king & queen from London which is in the South of England. Icky Thump is a variation of the phrase "Ecky thump" which is a colloquialism from the North of England. Btw, Ecky Thump roughly translates as "Jeez, wow etc" as an expression of surprise or wonderment eg. "Ecky thump! That SOTT by Prince is a great album"  | |

Get Behind Me Satan? I kind of liked it. I think they kinda pulled a Prince here. Elephant was their Purple Rain and GBMS was the different sounding follow up just like ATWIAD. I'm looking foward to their new album. | |
