Definitely one of my favorites from that classic album! The slow-burning vibe of that cut is atonishing...

It's a great song! nod

And it's actually called "The Sweetest Thing (Remix)."

Now I'm confused. AMG has it listed like I did, but Amazon has the last track as "Tell Him." All these years I just figured it was an "I'll name this song whatever I feel like it" thing. lol I suspect they were originally going to include a remix of "The Sweetest Thing" but opted for "Tell Him" at the last minute. Think I'll go play that record...

some version of that album
(not sure which one)
actually has the Mahogany Mix of "The Sweetest Thing"
tacked on the end...

mines didn't...
but it is labeled like that
when you pull it up on some media players

I never understood that
"be who you are and say what you feel

That makes sense. It shows up like that because that's how someone entered it into the CDDB.

My fav song of L-boogie's is the "Sweetest Thing", which wasn't on her album. But I do like "Tell Him" and her cover of "I can't take my eyes of you".

Harlepolis

I recently realized that she hated the song "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" and that she was forced to recorded it by the label.

I couldn't believe this shit,,,,,mainly becoz she did it SO well that she made me 4get about the original.
