'The Mambo Kings' Soundtrack.

Seeing the subject of Celia Cruz posted reminds me of the great musical soundtrack to the 1992 film 'The Mambo Kings' with Antonio Banderas who is also featured on the soundtrack singing the gorgeous song 'Beautiful Maria Of My Soul'. This soundtrack has so much life to it with all its wonderful latin tempos and songs, from the intoxicating beats of the fast numbers to the beautiful sounds of the ballads all sung by various artists.

I think that its one of the most underrated soundtrack albums ever and a very pleasing and lovely listening experience for all those who enjoy this kind of musical syle.

It was a wonderful movie, with great actors, music and musicians. Released on the heels of another good musical flick, The Five Heartbeats.

Saw that movie in the video store couple of days ago, is it any good?

The only reason why I bought the Mambo King's OST is becoz of Celia Cruz, I didn't regret it, the rest is def enjoyable.

Mambo Kings is a good movie, as is Five Heartbeats. What made them really enjoyable is the acting ensembles.
