Used to really love that sis, wish I could find her rendition of "I Cover The Waterfront"(The Billie Holiday cameo in Spike Lee's Malcolm X).

When those background singers come in with "Give up!" I lose it everytime!

"Love Under New Management" is definitely one of those throwdown sista torch songs, and is likely Miki Howard's signature call. While it's not my personal favorite from her -- I prefer "Baby Be Mine" -- it's understandable why so many people consider it her most identifiable recording.

That's right! I've been up, and I've been down. I had my feet swept off the ground by somebody who just picked me up and threw me away!

Loved that since I was 16. I remember going out and buying Femme Fatale for that song and Release Me.

But right now I'm feeling "If You Still Love Her" and "Crazy"
