This Is Supposed 2 Be Miki Howard's Ultimate Hit! Love Under New Management
http://www.youtube.com/wa...ekmhial23k Used to really love that sis, wish I could find her rendition of "I Cover The Waterfront"(The Billie Holiday cameo in Spike Lee's Malcolm X). [Edited 9/8/06 8:14am]

"Ain't nothin' like leading a blind horse through a pasture.
They can smell the grass, they just don't know they way to it!" When those background singers come in with "Give up!" I lose it everytime! [Edited 9/6/06 20:18pm]

"Love Under New Management" is definitely one of those throwdown sista torch songs, and is likely Miki Howard's signature call. While it's not my personal favorite from her -- I prefer "Baby Be Mine" -- it's understandable why so many people consider it her most identifiable recording. [Edited 9/7/06 19:54pm] THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

That's right! I've been up, and I've been down. I had my feet swept off the ground by somebody who just picked me up and threw me away! Loved that since I was 16. I remember going out and buying Femme Fatale for that song and Release Me. But right now I'm feeling "If You Still Love Her" and "Crazy" [Edited 9/7/06 22:11pm]
