I'm glaswegian and absolutely adore Wet Wet Wet...got their greatest hits on my comp right now...'angel eyes' is the tune!..I remember I bought 'Marti Pellow sings the hits of Wet Wet Wet' when I was 18...lol...it's a shame what happened with the whole heroin thing with Marti..he was/is some vocalist!..Is he not doing musicals down in london?

A great voice, and a great band in Wet Wet Wet.

I think they suffer a bit like Aha, where people only know them as a teen idol band, when in actuality, they write and perform better and better as they went on.

Yet another Scot here (pattern?!) and I love the Wets too! The earlier stuff I prefer, but again, its Marti's voice that really makes them nod Angel Eyes, Sweet Surrender... and I never listen to it really but This Time is such a gorgeous song. I wanted to go and see him in Chicago in Edinburgh last year but never got around to it. It wouldve been good Im sure, because the boy can sing!!
