On Leela James new CD, she has a song on there called ITS ALRIGHT. It was produced by Kanye West and is a DIRECT sample of Ashford and Simpson's SO SO SATSFIED song from 1976. However, they are not given credit for the sample on the CD sleeve. Who's responsibility is it to make sure that they get the credit on the CD sleeve? The producer(Kanye) or Leela?
