KANYE WEST, 28, and Fantasia Barrino, 21, may have started out as tour partners, but it's developed into something more!

While in Seattle on December 10, performing together as part of Kanye's "Touch The Sky" tour, they had a cozy dinner at Julia's restaurant.

"They looked really comfortable together," an eyewitness tells Star. "Fantasia seemed enraptured by Kanye. She had her hand on his thigh the entire time and he kept touching her, too."

The source says that Fantasia "was staring at her menu and looked distressed. Kanye took her hand and said, 'Don't worry baby, I'll order for you.' He was really sweet." And he ordered her a grilled salmon!

They're touring together?!?

it'll never work--he thinks he's too damned smart for everybody, and she can barely read. i LOVE me some 'Tasia, but his crazy ass need to be with somebody like robin givens or Common (depending who you ask about his sexuality)

Wait, in an "IN TOUCH" magazine with Angelina on the cover "Angelina fears for a baby" is the title, they talk about how Kanya was seen in some club all over and making out with Pamela Anderson...PAMELA ANDERSON.
