See Jermaine Jackson in the video to Don't take it personal

I always thought that Jermaine's finer work was when he was true to himself and did his soulalbums on Motown. Never really liked his sell-out Arista records. And his videos from the Arista days were corny too, although fun to watch. Regardless of this he sings the song Don't take it personal absolutely beatifully IMO. Listen to the ad libs in the end, so smooth and soulful!
