MJ: Drug overdose? Raymone Bain denies

My original question was to ask what she was denying, now I guess I found out:

Pop star Michael Jackson has taken an overdose of drugs and alcohol and is in serious condition in Bahrain, the U.S. weekly tabloid National Enquirer reported Friday.

The magazine did not mention whether Jackson was hospitalized due to his condition.

According to the report, associates of the Jackson family reported to the Santa Barbara police in Los Angeles that the singer had recently taken an overdose consisting of Demerol and Jack Daniels.

According to some reports, Jackson has already taken an overdose a number of times since arriving in Bahrain after he was acquitted of molesting a child in the United States.

Jackson's spokesman denied the report, saying that the singer was currently busy recording a song together with other artists for the Hurricane Katrina victims.

The spokesman added that he had been with Jackson the entire week and had never seen him happier and in a better mood. He also advised the National Enquirer to start looking for a good lawyer.

Well, looks like he's STILL working on the Katrina single, when it was first announced it was supposed to be out in mid-September! rolleyes

Raymone Bain issues warning to media

10th of December

Raymone K. Bain, Personal spokesperson and publicist for Mr. Michael Jackson, releases the following statement:

“Michael Jackson has been working with several artists recording his Katrina Relief song, and with me all week, including today. He is doing fine. I have never seen him happier or healthier.

“Whomever these individuals are who are intent on disseminating false information throughout the media regarding Mr. Jackson, should begin hiring good attorneys. Likewise, the few irresponsible journalists who continuously rely on these ‘sources,’ and report this false information.

“Mr. Jackson’s tolerance level has come to an end. The Green light that people have thought they have had to willfully impugn Michael Jackson’s character and integrity has now become Red.”

I feel you but the national enquirer has been more accurate than other news sources when it comes to celebrity news in the past few years.

I have to agree...The days of the National Enquirer doing Big Foot stories is dead...Mainstream media outlets are starting to be outscooped by the the Enquirer...After all, they were the ones that first reported the news that Bill Clinton was getting his mack on...And while US Weekly is no Newsweek, it has a lot more credibility than a lot of tabloid rags...Hey, it may not be true that MJ had a drug overdose, but the man has a serious problem and needs help...and not just the yes men and women he has around him...I hope the Jackson family snatches him up and gets the man some help...

why? YOu think there´s some truth to this story?
I just don´t believe this type of thing. How many times over the past years was he supposed to be over for different reasons. With the allegations, they saw him in jail, and even 10 years ago, they said he wouldn´t survive that. How many times was he supposed to be bankrupt, selling Neverland etc. etc. And look at Michael, he´s still here.

Too late:

can´t see the picture.

Let me count the ways...But seriously, it's widely known that the man has had an addiction to pills since the early '90s...His camp was forced to admit this in the past..The man has some serious problems, financially and mentally...And for the record, MJ has survived from going backrupt because he has taken out a ridiculously insane ammount of loans (Do you think people are suing him because he's had too much plastic surgery?) from business associates and his former label home...Yes, Mike is still here...But as a MJ fan can you truely look at yourself in the mirror and say that he's in a clear and healthy state of mind?

I can seriously believe that MJ will end up like witney!!!

All the signs are there and soon this guy will become like her too

Then his brothers who would have lost the house MJ bought for them
would do a reality TV show (Being the jacksons)

This is not a rediculous idea!! Think of it

if by those ears you mean someone like me, than no, I agree with you, IF this is true, he would need help. I was not saying that if this proved to be true, that it wasn´t bad. I was only quostioning the validity of this report.

This is the quote people on here should be remembering. How can Michael overdose on pills and alcohol in a dry country.

It's sound how this man's representative put out a statement dening the story and people still believe it.

I think one of the main problems is Raymone Bain. Her denials are about as valid as MJ's claims of only two face surgeries.
As for getting alcohol in a dry country, he's probably getting alcohol, young boys, and anything else his sick, little heart desires.

Seriously, if you don't know anything about countries in the Gulf, don't assume. It's borderline racist grouping and entire region of nations as accepting of child molestation when it's the complete and total opposite. Did you not hear about the executions of those 2 teenagers in Iran this year?
