‘Inside source’ speaks of Sony/ATV conspiracy

‘Inside source’ speaks of Sony/ATV conspiracy
05th of April

TheJusticeSystem.net claim to be in ownership of a statement from an ‘inside source’ who claims that Michael Jackson is the victim of a conspiracy to remove his rights from the Sony/ATV Music catalogue.

The legal website’s anchor, Carol Angela Davis, read a statement that listed suspected names such as Tommy Mottola, Brett Ratner and Charles Koppelman.

The Sony/ATV catalogue is worth millions of US dollars, and Michael Jackson owns a fifty percent share. It is not known if this information will be used in Jackson’s current child abuse trial.

The source also claimed that the catalogue is not for sale.

Charles Koppelman? WTF!?! I thought this way the guy that MJ was supposed to be making new recording deals with. eek

Tommy Mottola is not even at Sony anymore. Mike pressured him out and rejoiced over it. The Jackson’s are fucking idiots. Mike let all these wolves in, dumb bastard, just like Joe let Latoya's husband in. First rate talent, two bit minds.

True, but it was Tommy who was mainly responsible for the cancellations of Unbreakable, Whatever Happens and Speechless which were all to be released in 2002. Perhaps that is what the report is referring to. Sink the album and sink MJ's finances at the same time. Maybe Mike will stick with Sony now that he's gone. shrug

U know, the catalogue is interesting. Remember the "tommy is a devil" thing Michael did? Where did that story go? Did some of Sonys goons shut him up?

Tommy of course is not racist, but something fishy was going on over the promotion of "invincible". Michael always puts all his eggs in one basket. He cannot afford to do this anymore.

Something fishy was going on for sure, but it wasn't on the part of Sony or Mottola. Michael screamed racism and that they weren't promoting his album well. This after they funneled millions into both production and promotion. I remember reading one time that it was one of the most heavily promoted albums of all time. That's pure racism right there.

What has Michael got to lose now? I still thinnk he's innocent all the way but it really seems the State is probably going to make sure he's sent to prison anyway. I'd say he can do or say whatever the fuck he likes on his way there.

It wasn't very well promoted at all. Promotion at the very least includes a handful of single releases. And if it wasn't Sony/Mottola's fault then who was responsible for sinking the album?

I think you´ve mistaken it with History. That was the most heavily promoted album, wasn´t it? I mean with History they had statues of him all over the world, you heard singles off History everywhere while with Invinceible, most ppl didn´t even knew it was released. I mean, over here in the Czech republic, they are selling Invincible at ridiculous prices, you didn´t see any ads in newspapers, hardly heard You Rock My world on radio stations,...

Plus one thing i´ll also will never understand is why What more can I give was NOT released after he got about 60 recording artist together and recorded it.

I am really not sure about what was going on in Sony at that time, but one thing is for sure that T. Mottola is THE ONLY PERSON MJ ever said something negative about in the public. THE ONLY ONE! I gues he must have had reason....

As for this AT cataloque consipiracy and the ppl involved....I don´t know what to think. Brat Rattner was on Home movies jamming with Mike in a car, wasn´t he? You can also see him with MJ on that shoping spree at night where they had this magician on. i don´t know what to think about this info. Let´s wait and see if it gets confirmed.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

I love the "history" advert

I love the music to it aswell. The advert is something only MJ would have the arrogense to do. it is so overblown. I think Rupert Wainwright directed it. He directed all of MC Hammers videos.

I don´t. I think it is stupid. I didn´t like it. One of few MJ things I don´t like. I take it as a joke from him although I personally didn´t find it funny or interesting.

it's great communist parading stuff. I wonder who came up with the concept? Michael is Stalin. All hail.....

I remember the statue down London's "river thames". It made headline news. Slow news day I guess. The thames statue was nothing like the ad's of course. It looked nothing like him. I wonder what happened to the statues?
