Got it today.

Sounds great but I think I like Anthony Hamilton's and Amp Fiddler's albums better. But after a few more listens who'll know.

And yes i loved anthony hamilton's album as well, but i think both are equally good. Right after the first listen i thought that this was a good album, and felt the same way about anthony hamilton too when i first heard his, even though it takes me a few listens to really give an honest opinion.

I'm going to Virgin to buy it now!!!

ya know i posted about john legend twice about 2 months ago and noone even noticed. "ordinary people" will be a classic. and let me get this off my chest "ordinary people" sounds just like the piano only version of "africa" by d'angelo. but i like both.

I started a post about John Legend a while back as well and wouldnt you know it, I let the entire day expire and I didnt even pick up the cd. I guess I'll be at Best Buy first thing in the morning on my way to work.

I went out and picked up Get Lifted yesterday. I've been looking forward to this release for a while. The CD sounds pretty good so far. I'm really feeling Let's Get Lifted, She Don't Have To know and Ordinary People right now. I think I'm really going to like this one...

I can't stop listening to it. Ordinary people is my shyt. Although i do like

Damn, i am really feelin' his album!!!

I really like the track with him singing with his family. He got some sangin' folks on there.

I think this album is really solid for a newcomer. He seemed to stay true to his roots, and sounds like a few people on here to me. More albums like this in the future John Legend will no doubt be around for a long time.
