I realize this may be too personal for some of u, but for those who don't mind, what music did u choose? I have two scenerios that I'll share. When I was 18, this girl I knew invited me over to her house to spend the night because her parents were out of town. I brought some albums over and one of them was the 12' version of "Purple Rain/GOD". Right before we got started, I put on side two which is "GOD" instrumental and "GOD" vocal. I set up her stereo on auto repeat so it would play the record over and over. That played all night. Straight. Prince's guitar playing from the instrumental version would phase into his weird ass singing on the vocal version. And that would repeat back and forth, all night. It was strange, but cool strange. The other stand out was the song "If You Leave" by Orchestral Manoeuvers In The Dark from the movie "Pretty In Pink". When I first started dating this other girl, this song was playing on the radio in my car when we first made out. Anyway, we dated for a year, started to drift apart and decided to just break up. Well, one thing led to another and even though we were breaking up, we decided to have a go one last time for old time sakes, I guess. So, me being Chris on the spot, I dug out the 45 single of "If You Leave" and put it on repeat. She was crying and I was kinda misty myself and it played while we had our swan song. So, I ask, what were your songs?

Oddly I played "if u go away" by new kids on the block as I knew she loved the song and my first kiss was to that song (I was 6!).....so I plyed it to make her kiss me as she was a huge NKOTB fan.....plus when we broke up years later, I dug it out and played it again and I got very misty eyed and was almost crying.....beutifull song!

Yeah Mint condition "my dear" is a cut I found alot later in life (same with "my,my,my" by Johnny gill, as was only about 6 when that first came out but i used it when a late teen!)


Wasn't "my dear" off the "mo' money" film soundtrack? That had Johnny gills "lets just run away" which was nice too!
