i FRICKIN WANT TO STRANGLE THIS WOMAN. Have ya'll seen the new commercial with her singing Walk this Way? Why is she allowed to butcher that song????? Wo keeps letting her sing????? I want to find this woman, shake her, and rip her frickin trachea out. Then I want to personally shoot the record executives that allow her to sing. SHe has no talent and her 15 minutes of fame are up.

macy gray's voice is great.

she annoys the piss outta me...and yeah illimack, i was irked by her butcher-ment of "walk this way", too...th' fuck was that?

the only time she really annoyed me was when she wore that "Buy My Album" dress to the MTV awards.

I life her first album quite well, thank you. And I wish her no bodily harm.

I'm glad somebody posted this thread. I actually kinda like Macy,but that commercial is a joke. I got my laughs for the day after seeing it.

I saw Macy perform right when she released her first album and the single I Try was just starting to get airplay.....amazing show.I've seen her perform 3 times since then and her shows have yet to disappoint.

I like Macy. She doesn't have a great voice, but she has a unique voice and she writes interesting lyrics. Unlike so many others, she hasn't tried to get by on her looks by showing her tits and ass every time you see her. She doesn't dance all around with boring moves like Britney or Janet either. Y'all trippin' First of all, how can anybody "mess up" Walk This Way?? I love Steven Tyler's voice & all but come on, it's not the cleanest vocal I've ever heard. The song is a scream fest, there's nothing to mess up

Secondly, I dig Macy. Her voice is different, not strong, but definitely appealing & full of soul & emotion. She's got some great songs.

If you still wanna do some bodily harm how about bashing your head into a wall? I hear it works wonders!
