My big THING is ALWAYS WANTING to LOSE weight. I Don't think I'll Ever Feel thin...Ever...That's my Only thing...I wish I could lose 10 pounds . But it's IMPOSSIBLE. Plus I have issues with a CERTAIN DECEIVER of a DOCTOR. These are my Issues. Otherwise it's O.K. Ya know if this PROBLEM didn't Happen I wouldn't be ACTING This Way. I wish Someone could Help me get over this. Yesterday, was the Worst.... I nearly was in the Hospital Again. I actually checked in but left soon after. But the Saddness on this Issue is making me SICK. So Friends as I Love you All....Remember this gal will ALWAYS Feel Fat and Never be Satisfied with her Body...I will NEVER stop Exercising EVER again. This is Something I Believe we All should do. Firm it and keep it TIGHt. Also,, water,water and Red Bulls and that Glaceau is Really good. Ya know if ya walk and do like Aerobics or well machines. Just Exercise even Bicyclying. Ya Gotta work it and Remember if ya are Overweight Well That's WHY there are GYMs you are SUPPOSE to Feel Fat so Ya EXERCISE so NEVER FEEL INSECURE about it..JUST GO! Don't beat yourself up. It's really the fault of progress that we eat so many processed and refined foods. Our bodies aren't designed to consume the multitudes of chemicals and additives put in the foods sold on the shelf. And everyone is different. Someone who eats twice as much as you might weigh half as much you. Eating 'macrobiotically' locally grown grains, vegetables and fruits is the way to go. Weight naturally comes off. After a short while you loose cravings for meat and sugar products that cause extreme eating habits..

On second thought, maybe not. I remember how much more energy i had eating this way. You already have too much energy!

I think I need to just Juice my meals. True I eat outlike every day. I eat what I feel like so Maybe my calorie counting isn't too good. Like yesterday was just like Buffalo wings and the day before like a Claifornia Pizza. I really may be eating Too Many Cals. I don't know. I'm Ravenous all the time and Probably cause I'm not having loads of Sex well I'm Fatter. Ya know Sex is great for ya Abdominals. God, I need a Boyfriend.
