Chocolate Invasion or The Slaughter House

Hey guys, I have another question, and this one might be old too. Well I was wonder which album do U guys like better "The Chocolate Invasion" or "The Slaughter House"? I know which one I like better? Just curious to see how your judgements differ and which download is definitely genius.

Both have some good tunes - unfortunately not too many - but i definitely find CI better and more enjoyable as an album. Less shitty songs, that is.
Havent really listened to them much - been too busy with Musicology lately.

Neither is genius, but The Chocolate Invasion generally has the better songs.

It WOULD have been a genius album if the two were combined...for example Y Should Eye Do That When Eye Can Do This? Is a slice of genius that would have been better on TCI instead of say, Underneath the Cream.

Anxiety

the chocolate invasion, definitely. of the two, it has by far the stronger material. slaughterhouse comes off like an "odds and sods" collection to me.

I would have to agree. A combination of the 2 would be better. I like TCI, but a friend of mine really likes Slaughterhouse. Although I think that a combo of those two and Musicology would rival SOTT IMO. There's enough strong material for 2 disks. Oh and add Magnificent.

Then again my perspective is that of hearing all of these at once and not getting to hear each song seperately over a long period of time, which I think may give one a different perspective.

and not-so-neighbors!

I dunno, that track almost has me missing Kirky J. Almost. Thank god he scrapped that album in favor of Musicology (though I do love When I Lay My Hands and When Will We Be Paid, and like a few others)
