Which were released on CD Single and which were just 12" Vinyl? Does anyone have a list of which B-Sides have Extended Mixes and which singles have Extended Mixes?

I'm not positive, but I think the Scandalous Sex Suite might have been the first time Prince released an extended single on CD-- it was around that time, anyway. I have an earlier one from LOVESEXY, but that is a promo CD, not a regular release. SO maybe BATDANCE was also released extended on CD-- I don;t know.

In the early 90's Warner reissued some 12" versions firstly on 3" then 5" CDs. The ones that had extended mixes were. Let's Go Crazy (dance mix). Kiss (long version). LRC (dance mix) and Erotic City (long version) the Erotic City disc also featured the long version of I Would Die 4 U.

Prince's singles were released on CD from Alphabet St onwards (1988). Before that they were only
released on vinyl. There were a set of 5 CD singles of old tracks released in 1989 which had the

Does the guitar version of "Pink Cashmere" on the promo 12" count as a remix?

Isn't there a remix of "Man-O-War" on the promo single? Or is it the same version as the remix on the second Rave album? What about those remixes on the second Rave album?

Aren't there different versions of "Love Sign" with Nona Gaye?

Where's "Purple Medley"?

No, the remix isn't on the Man O' War promo, it's just a couple of edits of the album version



Yes, but they've never been officially released (even on promo), you can find them on bootlegs though.



Since it's not on an album, maybe I should've included it.
