Help With GOLD N**GA

Hey Y'All

There is 3 versions of GOLD N**GA in circulation, RIGHT?

Anyway, which is the ONE that I should be getting.

1) 15 track version

2) 16 track version

3) 21 track version

Now obviously you would think it would be the 21 track version but I have heard that this is just a CDR.

Is it right that the 16 track version is the ONE that was given away at the shows & is the ONE to get ?

The 21 track version is a bootleg, which consists of the "Gold Nigga" album and it only single "2 Gether"...
The 16 track version was the first and original version of the album which was sold at various gigs and at the NPG Stores...
The 15 track version is the second edition of the album of which "Guess Who's Knockin'" was ommited which was sold at 1-800 New Funk...
The 16 track version is the one to get, nowadays it's rather pricey though ($150-$300)...
Watch out for canadian pirate copies of the 16 track version that are doing the rounds on eBay ,same applies to the Vanity 6 CD and the Apollonia 6 CD, people claim these are originals but are just cheap made pirate copies...
The original 16 track version has no barcode and the inner rim of the disc says " (logo) Disque Americ" "01S02 GOLDNIGGA" (without quotes) and under the Compact Disc logo it says "made in canada"...

The 21 track is a pirate of the original 16 track Goldnigga together with 5 mixes of '2Gether' which was available on a CD single.

The 16 track version is the orginal pressing of 'Goldnigga' available at some Act II shows. I suspect it may have been available for a short while from at least one of the NPG stores, but I'm not certain.

The 15 track version replaced it and was sold through the 1-800 NEWFUNK outlet, NPG stores and Paisley Park.
