Call my name airplay Check it out - gaining tons of momentum:
http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...p?chart=U1 being played at these stations http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...ode=leader and all of these http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...de=PRINCMN and more here: http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...de=PRINCMN and here: http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...de=PRINCMN Flint still has the most support, having Call my Name their #2 song and Musicology their #3 song. Be sure to call the stations and request it (and musicology too). Did Sony ever even go for adds for Call My Name or is it becoming a hit all on it's own? You can also try the stations here: http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...format=U2R and here: http://www.mmr247.com/mmr...format=U1R which all still have Mucisology getting significant airplay. Get them all playing both songs as much as Flint is.

Its an ok song on the album but it puts me to sleep. Don't know how in hell this love song is going to stay afloat on hit radio. All the luck in the world to you Prince.

Great to see it taking off. cool - must have worked, then - they got a ton of adds, especially on Urban. It's now on 12 of the 42 Urban AC stations and 39 of the I think 70 Urban stations and is on both Jump charts.

I'd love for Prince to get just one more hit single to help album sales. It's not essential, but it'd be so nice for the guy. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

since his last hit Yeah, it'd be nice for him to notch one more, but I don't think it'll happen with this album. Rave definitely had a couple pretty sure hits though. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

since his last hit Does the word hit implies only Top 10 hits? Because Prince reached #12 with I Hate You and #31 with Betcha By Golly Wow in 1995 and #40 with 1999 in 1999. Wouldn't those 3 count as hits (albeit the two of them small hits)?

Most Beautiful Girl in the World "briefly spiked" and then fell off the charts...
If he dents the top ten by accident it surely ain't with a hit the world will remember Cream & 7 Were his last real hits.

TMBGITW went to #1 on the Top 40 Airplay charts. It spent 26 weeks on the Hot 100 , peaking at # 3.

This was the song that broke his 16 consecutive years with top 10 hits string and he hasn't been back to the top 10 since.

How many spins do you need for a top 10 hit?

so what happened to musicology on pop radio? by the sounds of it it gained very slightly, then fell off completely?
and million days, whats happening with that? that htread about the guy who reckoned he saw an ad on the radio site. when did the ad say it was meant to be "impacting" on radio? looks like it was fake after all? so by the looks of things, how does it look like call my name is going to do? it seems to be increasing really fast. a top 100 maybe? top 40?

it now has 294 urban spins (+219) - that's good enough for #59 urban. The spin count needs to double to get top 40, and double again to get top 20. The #10 song has 2076 spins right now, the #1 song has 3732 spins. So it still has a ways to go, but is gaining momentum quickly. From 231 to 294 spins in 24 hours.

Yeah.. it seems I couldn't find anything on the charts for the other singles post 1992 - I can't believe The One, Dinner with Delores, Holy River & Betcha By Golly Wow didn't hit the 100 USPop Charts because they sure were briefly playing them in Europe.
