does anybody know if the ONA cd will be avaliable in stores ?

I don't think its supposed to be in the stores, I wouldn't be too surprised if it would be in the stores soon, but the NPG-MC members will get it before any stores.. but you never know with Prince, but I doubt that you can buy it any stores already now..

"One Nite Alone" will NOT be available 2 purchase in stores.

ONA is not the kind of CD found in stores. It is more like Prince invited us into his living room and performed just for us. JOIN the club before you miss something else. Tell them I sent you.

I think it will B sold at concerts, NPGMC retail section and maybe someday in stores.

Bcuz on the ONA CD, under the credits, the following can B read:

"For the latest music and news from Prince and the New Power Generation- www.npgmusicclub.com- JOIN NOW!"

We all know that at the moment only memberz can receive the ONA CD, then why the above plug? Should we join this year 4 a second time? Duh!

Moreover on the info page of the NPGMC about what 2 get if joining the club. They R clearly stating that memberz will get 2 hear the new music FIRST.

So the ONA CD is NOT Xclusive, but we got 2 hear it FIRST!

maybe some friends of you see this one when they are at your house.
I doubt that ONA will be released in stores.

I doubt it will end up in stores unless as a used CD. It's just not cost effective to manufacture, distribute, and retail all of Prince' stuff, esp. stuff like this in order to get it into enough retail outlets where it actually makes a difference.

Absent of marketing (and we know he's not spending the money on this) and videos (again he is not spending the money for this), only hardcore fans would be interested in this... and the fan base is so scattered, the most effective way is to make it available through the net in a concentrated focused way.

Even Rave In2 the Joy Fantastic is still exclusively available in the retail for NPGMC members. ONA will probably be the same.

I wonder if it will be for sale at the Canadian concerts & for how much? It should be pay the $100 membership fee & get the ONA cd right there. You can't buy the cd without joining the club. Pay $100 - get one cd - get 3 more in the mail.

Thats a better deal then I got. I paid $100 & have no cds.

i think it will end up in stores somehow...maybe in bootleg form?
