CRYSTAL BALL/THE TRUTH I just bought the Crystal Ball off ebay and also got The Truth as a fourth disc. Is this normal? Does The Truth have a cover at all? | |

Kamasutra is an orchestral "ballet" CD, but written by Prince (  ) and performed by the NPG Orchestra.
It's got some samples and has a few good moments, but overall it's boring and weak. Kamasutra was included when you bought CB online. In stores, there were only 4 discs (3 CB + The Truth). |

... I sold my Crystal Ball ... made my own compiliation in chronological order from it ..... just a few good tracks from the 80's .... and a lot of weak shit from the 90's .... Why can't prince make a decent collection??? This "bootleg" can't compete with the real bootlegs: The Work volume 1 and volume 2!! but to answer your questions: it comes in a 4cd-box with the most ugly inlays ... no tracklist. it contains a round booklet with little information about the several outtake-tracks, and a tracklist for The Truth. Why you want a seperate cover for The Truth ... it's a 4cd-box! But the general conclusion about Crystal Ball: it sucks, it's the worst outtake-"bootleg" Now you've found it .. go search for Thunderball's The Work volumes 1 and 2!! | |

There were retail store versions of Crystal Ball that had the 5-Disc set CBx3 + Kamasutra + The Truth. This was the clear "petri-dish" package, which had a booklet. A printable online lyric book was made available (and is still up and running).
The Jewel Case set had only 4-Discs, but had the die-cut round hard-copy booklet.
