The Monkees?? This from a man with fishing lures in his hair and Heroin blackened teeth. Mick has always given Prince props so that's all that matters. I love watching EARLY Prince and all the Jaggar moves he does.

lol... how mature...

but really, in the grand scheme of things, keef will go down as being far more important and influential than prince... not saying that i like him better, but that's the way things are... biggrin

I was joking. I think he has no talent, and therefore shouldn't have even been in the room, let alone inducting someone.

Quite sweet that Prince played on the George Harrison tribute. I never would have guessed Prince was any kind of Beatles fan, but there you go. Personally, I liked George Harrison's stuff a lot, it's a shame he's gone.

And what on earth could Keith Richards have to talk about with Prince other than "what gauge strings do you play" or guitar-speak? Maybe they were reminiscing about Prince getting shit thrown at him when supporting the Stones back in the day smile

C'mon Ian! You couldn't see the influence of The Beatles on ATWIAD and Parade??? Heck, ATWIAD's cover is very inspired by Sgt. Pepper, as is quite a bit of the music. I'm just glad P is willing to put aside his ego and get up on stage with other folks like that. That never would have happened back in the day.

Good to see you back, by the way!
