Man, I love each movie for itself. If they were all three the same, it would get boring. But with each film being different, I can pop one in depending on what mood I'm in.
I was a Time fan before I had even heard a Prince song all the way through, and the Grafitti Bridge soundtrack was my second Prince CD after I became a fan, so I love Grafitti Bridge for it's abundance of Morris & Jerome's antics. For some reason, I've always loved a lot of things everybody else found stupid. I mean, I would have to say UTCM is my favorite of the three, plus the soundtrack's so effin' funky it gets my hips movin' even while I'm behind the wheel (I've gotten looks). But I like Grafitti Bridge for it's bizarre, colorful, fantasy-like tackiness. Even if it is like the offspring of a High School drama production after having been drunkenly taken advantage of by a Disney Channel Original movie. | |

Under the Cherry moon was good,, but it could have been great.. twords the end it just falls into suck... if they could re-edit the ending it would be awesome...
grafitti bridge is un watchable.. and purple rain is a classic... you all know it but you wouldnt be hard core liking the most popular thing he's done... lets face it purple rain is one of the coolest rock movies ever made. | |
