Hi

New member of prince.org wants to know something...I've been looking everywhere, but I can't find Sexy M.F.:s guitar tabulatures..Is it really Impossible to get them? It would also be nice if there's some guitar tabulaturepage related to prince in the net...

are those nines (d,db,c) jimi hendrix chords? or just regular nine chords? I think the guitarist is only strummin' these two notes in the verses...

I wonder if there are some Orgers here that use Guitar Pro. I can't seem to find any GP3 or GP4 files with tablatures of Prince songs on the net... neutral

It's not very easy to find prince tabbed songs on the net. Most of the standard, enormous sites only have the same handful of songs like 7, dolphin, endorphin machine, pr...

There are a few though...try searching for a particular song in google instead, rather than just prince tabs guitar, etc.

In general though, the prince tabulature on the web is not particularly good. sigh And i'm far too lazy to start doing it myself wink

Also sheet music for the piano!
There are loads of Prince ballads I'd like to be able to play...
Come to think of it, there's more than just ballads that would sound cool on the piano.

That's the basic chord structure on which the song is based.

In terms of what is played, the tablature you've provided for the verse is fine, or you can play it on the first and second string:

_8_8_8_
_8_8_8_
X_____
X_____
X_____
X_____

A three note chord based on this structure would be:

- 8 -
- 8 -
- 6 -
x----

or

-13-
-12-
-11-

but I don't hear the C# being played in the song by the guitar.

thousand thank yous...it is very, very hard to hear what the guitarist plays on that song, because the guitar is mixed on the back and all the horns are really loud...we have a funk band and we want to cover this song and your reply was really important..

It's very hard to find prince tabs on the net..One day I started to look for them, and I found about 15 sites and all of them had the same songs!!! dolphin,endorphinmachine...I was so angry...

but once more, in a polski way: zinkoje langebleu!
