Who's the most valuable?

On stage and in the studio, who would u say has been the most valuable musical aide Prince has worked with throughout his career and why?

While this is a highly subjective question, i'm keen to hear which Princely combination does it for 'You'.

Personally, I kinda like what Prince and Eric Leeds had and continue to have together. They fit and complement each others style so well. Although i cant say for certain, it appears that both men have complete respect and admiration for each others talents. Be it on the stage or on record, these 2 guys are on fire.

I was thiking more along the lines of a singular nomination rather than a band.

I know this ain't quite singular but I'll take Wendy & Lisa as far as the studio is concerned. Live, I'll take either Andre Cymone or Dez Dickerson. One or both of them, I think, had a huge impact on Prince as a live performer. They were there at the beginning and helped him develop his early stage shows. I think that makes them key in his career.
