Since it wasn't mentioned, the most obvious fallout has been with Wendy and Lisa. He has sorta intended to make up with them, but putting out a song about them which no one heard is a pretty far fetched way of patching things up. Even if both parties are interested in collaborating again, neither can let go of their pride to get anything done...

I dunno.. the music business is a VERY small business. Everyone knows everyone & everything that comes with it.

I would think he's had tons of falling outs, but being a professional.. he's learned how to fix them. I believe there's tons of disagreements that have taken place between artists, in general. Even more difficult, having to keep the issues from leaking into public mouths.

In the mid 80's he had an altercation with Howard Cosell over a comment Cosell made during a Dallas Cowboys football game. He said something like "I'd like to see Prince out there doing that maneuver".
