It's more fun antagonizing Prince these days than to listen to his music?

Have the club and his antics overshadowed his music?

The albums just don't seem to take center stage anymore.

Antagonizing has replaced appreciating his newer output.

When you're really able to remember the energy, enthusiasm and charisma behind the glory days, none of his current bullshit can tarnish that, hard as he tries.

A couple of weeks ago I would have agreed with you on this. Now? I don't know...

I hope you're right.

Maybe I need to get some bootleg DVDs and spark that fire again.

No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

They have, but they wouldn't if his current music spoke louder and smelled better than his bullshit. It doesn't.

Great point.

I went off Prince for a bit after the whole Crystal Ball/Crap Albums/Sueing Websites stuff hit the fan. It really impacted my enjoyment of the older stuff.
