His answering machine message would probabbly be some 7 minute diatribe about why he doesn't believe in them, complete with a dissection of the words "answering", "machine", and "message". This would all be presented in a "bob-george" voice with some slow monotonous jazz in the background.

Uhm, I used to have about the first 30 seconds of "Hello" on my answer-phone. Sad? Maybe, but it amused quite a few and had a number of people asking for the full-track, so can't be that bad!
