Recording at Paisley Park

Has anybody ever compiled a definitive list of all the artists who have recorded at Paisley Park but not for it?

I'm not even sure how accurate that list is, though. Didn't REM record there, too?

Even Wikipedia lists a ton of other folks who used the facility in some regard:

Tevin Campbell, Martika, Fine Young Cannibals, Barry Manilow, Steve Miller, Bee Gees, Chris Mars, BoDeans, Madonna, Bob Mould, George Clinton, George Benson (That's Right), Stone Temple Pilots ("Louge Fly" from Purple), Stevie Wonder, R.E.M. (Out of Time), and A-ha (Memorial Beach).

And there were movies and music videos shot there, too. That's another whole list.

REM’s Out of Time was mixed there, not recorded. That’s probably true if other in this second list.

Kate Pierson recorded her vocals for Shiny Happy People in studio A.

Thanks for the replies and info. I was thinking of more obscure or surprising instances. Like Sting recording Demolition Man, which is probably on Discogs, but I haven't checked at the time, of writing. Or David Bowie, purportedly.

Duran Duran recorded there (see link below).

I remember reading that Prince had his favorite Paisley Park studio (Studio B) but over time the Paisley Park facility was booking fewer and fewer outside bands so that Prince could basically have free reign over all of the studios when he wanted them.

Drop Dead Fred

Filming

Principal photography for "Drop Dead Fred" began on August 6, 1990 and ended on September 22, 1990.

Filming took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The reason the film was shot in Minneapolis was because producer Paul Webster felt that it was not only cost effective, but Minneapolis represented a generic American city as opposed to Los Angeles, California; San Francisco, California; or New York.

A large part of the film was shot at Prince's Paisley Park Studios in the suburb of Chanhassen. It had been said that Prince used to visit the set every night once filming had stopped for the day to mess around and admire the costumes & props.
