Just to be clear ... pain meds are NOT the only way to successfully manage pain .. it just takes a willingness to change your lifestyle dramatically in order to manage pain without meds .. most people are not willing to make such changes

It’s not just that...a lot of insurance companies don’t cover alternative therapies either because of cost or the treatment is unproven. With all the issues around opioids I think that is starting to change.
