The pharmacist ran an INSPECT report on Prince, by typing in his name and date of bith. The intention of the inquiry was to retain Prince's prescrition history. Said pharmacist got a slap on the wrist, and ultimately the order states that the INSPECT report was ran, but unsure of whether or not the inquiry was successful in tracking Prince's prescriptions.

Very interesting report thank you. I doubt she was the only doctor illegally trying to look up his medical records but she knew better.

I don't know what her intention or motivation was, but really though, in the midst of trying to make any kind of sense of the events and news reports from the day before, had I had a way to access that particular information, I'm pretty damn certain I'd have tried it, too. Ethics, employment, whatever be damned. shrug

I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

Besides that, what is the current situation with the investigation?

This is terrible. But is it any worse than those who want the full autopsy/toxicology report released or poured over every detail of the search warrant information made public? Let’s face it there are some fans who if they could get their hands on every piece of information regarding the last few weeks of his life would take it in a heartbeat.

My first thought reading the thread title was..."So? I was trying to get his records the day after he died too, but my record store was sold out so I just bought them on iTunes."

Then I read the post. Oops.

None of us have the albilty to obtain that information and this person actually broke the law. I would say what she did was much worst.

Yup Hatrina, I too would probably have let curiosity get the better of me and tried to get a quick peek.

I know what she did was not legal. But if someone got it and TMZ or Daily Fail posted it there would be fans pouring over it and if there could be a thread here it would me dozens of pages long. I mean look at the bad chronic pain since when thread...it has over 740 replies.
