Prince reference in South Park.

The most recent episode of South Park (S21E05 Hummels & Heroin) is about entertainers overdosing on pain killers. The opening sacene features a childrens party entertainer called Chuck E Cheese. He dies from an overdose of pain killers after singing part of the first line of Purple Rain "I never meant to cause you any.."

I've always found remarkable than in 20 years, South Park shot down virtually everybody as being phonies, but never touched Prince. If anything, that shows that they respected him and his integrity. I see this long avaited hint more as a homage than anything else, and I find it pretty cool smile
