i think it is the same... 6:26 i think it has a little guitar bit that is not in the released version. But the quality is not so great. I want to check it against the one on my old Jewel box

No, the guitar is the same... I just notice it more with these crap head phones.... and the version on jewel box is 3mins

I'm not familiar with all the versions of Dance Electric, so I'll have to compare with what I already have. Certainly less exciting to me than some of the others have been, but I think it's different than what I've heard before--just not much.

I think this song is the opposite of the released version in that it includes more Revolution Wendy and Lisa on vocals.

I've always thought this song is a great background track.

It's very repetative and subdued and drifts away into the background.

I think this track would have been better if Prince edited it right down like he did with Computer Blue.

This track needs to be punchy.

On a side note, I do like the backwards sample of Dance Electric in Live From Syracuse.

The ending is very abrupt - more like interrupted intercourse than a proper edit ending. What, the leaker didn't want to share the full track or something?
