Crazy You (Live at Sam's, MPLS 1981)

This is such an epic arrangement. Not only does the pounding bass add new energy, but the synths give us an insight to where Prince would take his music next. And the guitar solo is pretty fucking rad; not over-the-top, just right.

Out of all the Dirty Mind shows I'd like a soundboard from, it's this. (Another notable addition to this show is Bambi, of course).

Just bringin' it to people's attention, if they haven't heard it.

When I tell you, this is one of my utmost favorite live joints of his. 'Crazy You' is a beautiful song to begin with but this arrangement is awesome.
