Hi Everyone: I have a question regarding Prince. In the early 80's (i think), Prince performed an after concert set (I do not remember where ), but he was on stage with a group that performed a song that had a gospel flair to it. I would love if someone could remember the group and the name of the song. Please and Thank you!!

Are you sure it is not some song by the Steeles on the later Lovesexy Tour (1988), they were gospellish and Jevetta came across and worked with Prince at Paisley Park around 1990. Was the song "I'll take u there".

I found what I was looking for it was 1993 Bagley's Warehouse Documentary with the Steeles!!

My Heart in My Hands is the name of the song!!

I remember loving the performances of Mavis and The Steeles in The Sacrifice of Victor aftershow.

I never seen that performance. I'm am gonna look it up, and check it out! Thank you~
